Notice of Business Transfer Accompanying Establishment of Overseas Subsidiary (Malaysia)

In response to market expansion in the Asian region, our company has commenced the transfer of operations from our overseas consolidated subsidiary “PEGASUS SEWING MACHINEPTE.LTD.” in Singapore to our overseas consolidated subsidiary “PEGASUS UNITED ASIA SDN. BHD.” in Malaysia. Business transactions will commence this year.
